Introduction and General Provisions
These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the asha7 platform and its user ("Member" or "you"). By using the asha7 website, mobile version, or any related service, you are considered to have agreed to these Terms in full.

2.2 Registration Requirements
Each member must provide accurate and complete information when registering an account. Providing false information may result in account termination and forfeiture of any balance. The following are specifically prohibited:
- Creating more than one account per member.
- Operating an account under someone else's identity.
- Registering from a prohibited or restricted region.
- Using a fake email address or contact information.
2.3 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Allowing anyone else to access your account is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Policy
3.1 Deposit Rules
bKash, Nagad, and Rocket can be used to deposit funds into asha7. The minimum deposit amount for any method is ৳100. Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly. No additional charges apply to deposits.
3.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Once a withdrawal request is approved, funds typically reach your designated payment account within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method that was used to deposit.
- Account verification (KYC) may need to be completed before requesting a withdrawal.
- Winnings earned from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
- asha7 reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals in the case of suspicious transactions.
- Withdrawals must be made to the same mobile number used for the deposit.
3.3 Currency
All transactions on asha7 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Foreign currency transactions are not currently available.
Bonuses and Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. To receive this bonus, the first deposit must be at least ৳100. To withdraw the bonus amount, members must wager the total of the bonus and original deposit 10 times (wagering requirement 10x).
4.2 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer must be used within a specified validity period.
- Winnings from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
- Only one account per household or IP address is eligible for the welcome bonus.
- If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the bonus will be cancelled.
- asha7 reserves the right to modify or cancel bonus terms at any time.
4.3 VIP and Cashback Program
The asha7 VIP program has three tiers. Members can advance to higher tiers through regular play:
- Bronze: Up to 0.3% cashback per week.
- Silver: Up to 0.7% cashback per week.
- Gold: Up to 1.0% cashback per week.
VIP tier assignment is at asha7's discretion and the benefits of each tier are subject to change.
Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct
5.1 Fair Play Policy
asha7 is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment for all members. Our game engines use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure unbiased outcomes.
5.2 Prohibited Activities
Involvement in any of the activities listed below will result in the member's account being immediately closed and all balances may be forfeited:
- Using bonus arbitrage or bonus hunting strategies.
- Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
- Using automated bots or software to play games.
- Collusion or conspiring with other players.
- Exploiting any technical error on the platform.
- Facilitating money laundering or illegal financial activities.
5.3 Rights of the Authority
asha7 reserves the right to review the transactions and activities of any account. In the case of suspicious activity, asha7 may temporarily suspend an account pending a proper investigation.
Betting Rules
6.1 Bet Limits
asha7 sets the minimum and maximum bet limits for each game or event. These limits may vary depending on the game, event, or promotional period.
6.2 Bet Cancellation and Refunds
In the event of a technical error, event cancellation, or special circumstances, asha7 reserves the right to cancel a bet and refund the original amount. Bets that have already been settled will not be reconsidered, unless there is a change in the official decision of the sports or game governing body.
6.3 Sports Betting
When betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports, the official result of the relevant event will apply. For betting on BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, ICC tournaments, and other international sporting events, the rules of the relevant sports body will be followed.

- All data is protected by SSL encryption.
- Your personal information will never be sold to third parties.
